What the application accesses

With an authorised operator's consent, BDTS ChatGPT Bridge requests the Google Gmail permissions gmail.modify and gmail.labels. These permit access to Gmail message content and associated metadata, message sending and organisation, and label listing or management. The app does not need users to provide a Google password to the website.

Purpose and use

Access is used to identify and validate relevant business emails, process authorised operational instructions, send related messages, apply processing labels, prevent duplicate processing and maintain operational audit records. Only emails required by configured workflows should be processed. The website itself does not collect Gmail contents.

Storage

Selected original messages and related processing metadata may be stored in operator-controlled email archives and a PostgreSQL processing ledger for reliability, traceability and recovery. Gmail authorisation credentials are held by the configured automation service, not published on this website. We do not state a fixed retention period at present: archived material is retained for operational and audit purposes and reviewed for deletion when no longer required, subject to applicable obligations.

Sharing and third-party processing

Operational email content may be sent to intended message recipients and, where a specifically authorised workflow requires it, to configured service providers that process data on behalf of the operator. This can include a third-party AI service only when the particular workflow and the data transfer have been authorised. Google user data is not offered for sale or used to target advertising. It must not be used to develop, improve or train non-personalised artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Access and protection

Access is limited to authorised operators and the technical systems needed for configured workflows. Data is not made public by this website. The operator is responsible for maintaining appropriate access controls and reviewing any integration before expanding its access or changing its purposes.

Control, access and deletion requests

Google authorisation can be revoked from the Google account's third-party connections. Revocation stops new API access but does not automatically delete already archived records. For questions, access or deletion requests concerning retained records, use the BD Trading Solutions website contact form. Any deletion request will be reviewed against applicable retention and legal obligations.

Google user data policy

Use of information received from Google Workspace APIs is subject to the Google Workspace user data and developer policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
